Well, it is true and fairly surreal. Re-developed and completed back in October 2014, we turned this historic manufacturing building into a state-of-the-art, modern chocolate making factory. In addition, we added 14,000 sq. ft. of event space + a 4,000 sq. ft. roof top deck.
Professionally, this development is one of the most important I have completed in my career. Not only it was the challenge, but I met life-long friends, the team assembled for the project was top-notch, and we created something extremely special for the city. From an emotional standpoint, 1600 N. Broadway still ranks #1 for me 9 years later.
