Road Trip Development

Here it is!

After almost 20 years of doing commercial real estate development under my personal name or non-descript single purpose LLC's, I have launched Road Trip Development to better brand my future development initiatives. It is a continuation of what I have been doing and it was time.

(Don't worry, I am still at the helm of DCM Group and making sure we continue to thrive - we moved to #4th largest (we are #1 privately held) office pm firm in STL and continue our launch into additional States)

The underlying premise of the Road Trip Development is to: "Provide everlasting experiences and promote health through the highest quality real estate developments."

Throughout my career I have set out to challenge the status quo, take on complexity, and to grow. These attributes embody the new company. Road Trip Development's mission of creating a "new way to live, provide community, and to give the healthiest outcomes" is my passion and really comes down to embracing my purpose.

The focus is on the following asset classes:

-Multi-family Development
-Life Science Development
-Food and Beverage Development

Currently, under construction and in the pipeline includes:

-2 multi-family developments
-1 place-making pocket community
-2 life science developments
-2 medical Build-to-suits

Below is a write-up / story on the multi-family side of the company and its launch. I am humbled, honored, and more than excited for this chapter. Lastly, I would not be here if not for my past mentors, business partners, clients, friends, and for everyone that has supported my real estate career over the past 22 years.
